About Garlic Chili Oil
This product is made with high quality oil, carefully selected spices and plenty of organic garlic from Gilroy. Since each chili oil is handmade, it cannot be mass-produced, but we can always provide our customers with the freshest chili oil.
This is based on Korean organic chili with the added freshness of Aozansho pepper. It goes well not only with Asian cuisine, but also with Italian and Middle Eastern cuisine, cheese fondue and pizza.

This Garlic Sansho Oil is a refreshing and flavorful blend, crafted with a base of organic ginger and organic garlic sourced from Gilroy, enhanced with plentiful Aozansho pepper and sesame. It does not contain chili peppers, making it suitable for both the elderly and children. The addition of a subtle hint of lemon uplifts the overall freshness, allowing the savory essence to shine through from the simplicity of the ingredients. It pairs exceptionally well with white fish, carpaccio, and baguettes, enhancing their flavors.
